The INSEAD Alumni Association of Belgium has the pleasure to invite you to the presentation of “Mission (im)possible : a comparative study of the functioning of profit vs. non-profit boards” as the promotion whitepaper for the 2018 IN-Board Academy. In 2018, a group of 12 international participants took the opportunity to learn from experienced Board members. On March 14th 2019, they will have the opportunity to present their promotion whitepaper and receive their IN-Board program certification as a result.
This year’s white paper has been written on insights on the functioning of profit and non-profit boards in Belgium, identifying areas in which both can learn from each other:

* For-profit boards: increase sense of purpose!
