Bernard Delvaux, CEO Sonaca Group
Bernard DELVAUX joined Sonaca in 2008, when the aeronautics industry was still under pressure from 9/11. The company, with production in Belgium (Gosselies), has been turned around over the last few years, growing from 1.000 to 2.392 employees. In 2017 Sonaca launched an ambitious plan and bought LMI aerospace, a complementary company in the US with 1.942 employees.
Prior to Sonaca, Bernard DELVAUX held leadership positions at Belgacom and the Belgian Post, at crucial moments in those companies history. Bernard DELVAUX holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Master of Engineering from the University of Liège.

Pieterjan Bouten, Co-Founder and CEO Showpad
Pieterjan Bouten started his career as a CRM-consultant at Accenture, and was one of the early employees at Netlog. In 2010 Pieterjan co-founded In The Pocket and Showpad in 2011. He describes himself as a SaaS Entrepreneur with a passion for team, product and customers. He likes building and growing companies from scratch and he’s known for getting things done.
Pieterjan holds a Master in Communication Sciences from KU Leuven and a Master in International Business from HUB-EHSAL.
